Mix-Used Residence in Bogota, Colombia
Following what seemingly is the beginning of the pedestrianization of a main car road of Carrera Septima in Bogota, the following proposal is a way to capitalize on the urban structure change and make the shift towards strolling in the city more permanent. The proposal aims to utilize existing urban voids such as car parks or demolished building plots along Carrera Septima to promote pedestrianization by introducing mix-used residential complexes which are permeable and porous in an urban sense.
